Casa Azul, opening July 2020, is co-owned by husband and wife, Javier Soto + Alejandra Ruelas. The two met in Rhode Island after immigrating to the US from Mexico City. Supporting Alex and Javier in their journey to make Casa Azul happen is a big, loving, hard-working group of people. Together, they are Casa Azul Taquería.
